Growth Group

We believe sales professionals find more success on their individual journey when they travel with others.  Growth groups give those who want to operate as independent practitioners an opportunity to feel the camaraderie and encouragement of a “team”, while preserving their individual decision making abilities.   These groups are designed to leverage the synergies that happen when like minded people come together to focus on growth.

Growth Groups members commit to one half-day meeting each month for six-months.  Members also participate in the mid-month progress meeting each month during the six-month session.  Utilizing the theory of gamification and focusing on the leading indicators of success, members will be challenged to stay focused week-in and week-out as they compete for the top slot.  The purpose of each meeting is centered around four principles of growth:

  • Structure
  • Accountability
  • Competition
  • Practice Management
Growth Groups are designed so that participants have the ability to work on their practice, not just in their practice.  Members will take time to set goals for the upcoming quarter, analyze their performance, and design the plans they need to execute to achieve success.
