Growth Groups members commit to one half-day meeting each month for six-months. Members also participate in the mid-month progress meeting each month during the six-month session. Utilizing the theory of gamification and focusing on the leading indicators of success, members will be challenged to stay focused week-in and week-out as they compete for the top slot. The purpose of each meeting is centered around four principles of growth:
