Common questions about our training programs.

  • How long is the public course?

    The course is a 10-week series comprised of one 90-minute live webinar each week. 

  • Can I attend individual course or do I need to attend the whole series?

    Each course in the series is really designed to build off of the prior course which makes it hard to attend an individual course without the others. 

  • How is skill developed during a virtual course?

    To be successful at each strategy you must know what to do (i.e. the process) and how to do it (i.e. the skill).  During the course you will receive both the process steps and skills to be effective.  You will be given time to role play the skills with others in the program to begin the development of what will make you success. 

  • What happens if I miss a session?

    Each session will be recorded and all participants in the course will have access to the recordings for the duration of the course and six weeks following.

  • What is the format?

    Microsoft Teams will be used to present each session where you will have a live presenter who uses PowerPoint slides to cover the material.
